Upon reading more about Antarctica on my fellow student’s blog at http://travelingamber.blogspot.com, I found their lists of environmental background checks on travel companies to be very interesting and they have obviously done their research. What was constantly going through my head while organizing tours to that area was, what kind of impacts do all of the airplane tours cause besides air pollution and what kind of regulations are in place for the growing number of flight tours over the environmentally fragile area?
