Through a constant striving to stay in the positive, sometimes I find myself simply saying, "I will be glad when this day is over." Today did not start so good, the middle was about the same and the end started to pick up a bit simply because I watched the Travel Channel and saw Anthony Bourdain forced to dance yet again by his camera crew. He is in Indonesia and surrounded by little tan people provoking him to dance some more!
Well, with luck I will get my $259 back from Mens USA who refused to let me return a suit we never wore. Now I have to get my bank to do an "investigation" into getting me my money back when it should not have been a problem anyway. Efrain will have to deal with the fact that all the tools that were stolen last night from him and his crew will never come back - and neither will the palates of stone that the thieves crushed just to be mean.
But there again is Bourdain being his pessimistic self, yet being totally free to frolic around in a water fall, making me smile yet again. Just a reminder that the world is so small and maybe even complicated because we make it so. Do we need suits? Do we need credit? Or is it all just a distraction...
